The first
conference was held March 5-8 2003 at the Leibniz-Institute
for Science Education (IPN), Kiel, Germany. This
conference was graciously organized by Joerg Doll,
Director, Manfred Prenzel, Director, and Ulrike
Hab, and their colleagues at the IPN, Kiel, Germany.
Several
participants presented papers to initiate discussion
